Full Range of Great Blues

Michael Barclay shows great range from slide ("Drivin' 95 Blues") to texas shuffle. I especially loved "Redheaded Woman" which picks up where Stevie Ray left off, and the jazzy "Dark Night" and classic blues in "Louise". There's great guitar rifts in every track not to mention sugar on top harmonica in "I Refuse" and ideal companion of Sax in "Gimme a Break". The production quality is great and the accompanyment is flawless. I'm sure the band is great live, but it's hard to fit all the instruments in the car when you're drivin' 95 down the road!
