Album Notes
The M C Booze Band was formed in the fall of 1995, and consisted primarily of a jazz trio and vocalist. Since its inception it has grown into a five–piece jazzy-R&B, top-40 band. The 2010 version has guitar, keys, bass, trumpet, drums, and vocals; as well as some background vocals all under the leadership of Marshall C. Booze, Jr.
Previously, Boozie has recorded with various other groups, including a solo endeavor with studio producer and composer, Neal Conway. More recently, there’s the M C Booze Band’s 2002, "Live At The Baltimore Waterfront Jazz And Arts Festival". And now comes "Boozin'. The title track Boozin', Boozie Bossanova, Letter B, This Love of Mine & A Song for You were all recorded at Neal Conway Studios. So Sorry was recorded at O'Donel Levy Studio and The Bratt Studio. Meant To Be was recorded at the Bratt Studio. Enjoy!
