This is Terry's second album but the first one he totally produced from start to finish. He's been playing clubs in new york/new jersey for years. Two years ago he bought a recording program, taught himself to use it, and twelve new songs were born.

Wait, A Second!

I really loved the tunes on this cd. Thought it was very well "constructed",in terms of the song order. Nice flow. Production work's great, too. As far as the tunes go: I'm a big fan of Terry McCarthy. His songs just seem to reach me and the sounds on this cd are no exception to the rule. I was captured start to finish. Can definitely see myself singing "What People Say" (great tune) to my daughter...and "Sundress Day"? Hehhehheh...I can definitely relate (nice lead work in there, btw). "Subway Dreaming" is just plain beautiful with it's chord changes and lyrics. The band's top notch, too. Very tasteful and in the pocket. They are players, to be sure. Great cd. Highly recommended, people...
