Barbara McNairy is with PERMANENT MUZIK and her second Cd called "I Give You Praise" is soon to be released. She and her background singers have been singing all over the Los Angeles and Antelope Valley, Ca, and Northern Ca. area. She will be a special guest soloist for The Great Women of Gospel in the Antelope Valley Extraganza to be held in Sept. at The Living Stone Cathedral of Worship in the Littlerock, Ca. area.She just sang fora gospel breakfast at the Radisson West Hotel in Culver City, Ca. for Community Network Los Angeles, a division of AT&T.

She sang with the Faith Tabernacle Voices of Chicago under the direction of gospel recording artist Minister Calvin Bridges. She led the song "Lord I Give My Life To You" on the album "Turn It Over To Jesus", which Calvin produced. With this choir, they sang background for Albertina Walker on her song"I Can Go To God In Prayer ". They ,also, sang with Keith Pringle, and Ricky Grundy noted for the hit "Can't Stop Praising His Name". She, also, sang with Walt Whitman, the founder and director of the Soul Children of Chicago who sang the hit"How Excellent". This choir has opened for Vanessa Bell Armstrong and other artist she has sung with while with this Chicago based choir include Anthony Harmon,who played bass for Yolanda Adams; Kevin Bonds, who produces, writes, and plays for Walter Hawkins and Marvin Sapp; Richard Gibb, the son of Inez Andrews; and Ray Berryhill.
Barbara recently was the opening singer for a gospel concert at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center in Lancaster, California for Jamie Jones of the group All 4 One. Jamie Jones just released a solo gospel CD and she was one of the opening performers for this concert.
Barbara's CD has been selling quickly whenever she appears on program and sings at different events. This CD is a hit with young and old. The song "Can I Get A Witness" has become the favorite of kids,teens, and adults!Those who have this Cd are excited about the new Cd that will be out in August!!!
Barbara loves sharing her talents and loves the Lord and singing His praises. She has sung for a Down To Earth Evangelism Gospel Explosion and for a Purpose Driven Concert on the same day, many came out to hear her for both events. She packed out the My Place West Jazz Cafe in Lancaster for the Jamin for Jesus night.She has a lot more engagements to spread her message in song.
She recently sang at a men's prison and was very well received. They wanted her Cd so she donated two copies to the prison library where the inmates can check out and further enjoy her music.
This 2 time Bravo Music Award nominee, is a singer, songwriter, and producer.
