HOLLY MCNARLAND
LIVE AT THE GREAT HALL
The Great Hall, one of Toronto's oldest performance venues (built in 1890), was brought back to its former glory this past September, with a special concert by Juno-Award winning artist Holly McNarland.
Holly's brilliant performance was captured on camera with an atmospheric backdrop, state of the art lighting, and superior digital 5.1 surround sound. The result is the riveting, 2 hour DVD: Holly McNarland - Live at the Great Hall.
The DVD features fan favourites "Numb", "Do You Get High" and "Dallas", along with a captivating cover of Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight". Holly's brand new song "So Cold" is performed in the concert, and the song will be included on Holly's forthcoming studio album, slated for release in Spring 2004.
DVD HIGHLIGHTS and SPECIAL FEATURES:
* Over 75 minutes of concert footage
* Behind the scenes, backstage footage and special performances
* Interview with Holly McNarland and her band
* Brand new studio track and single "So Cold"

Much has happened since the young singer-songwriter busted out with a set of you-said-it-girl anthems on her 1995 EP Sour Pie and 1997 debut album Stuff. In 1998, Holly was awarded the Juno for Best New Solo Artist. A five-year hiatus was followed by the 2002 album release Home Is Where My Feet Are.
The next chapter is Holly McNarland - Live at the Great Hall, released on November 25, 2003, featuring the new single "So Cold". "So Cold" will be included on Holly's forthcoming studio album, slated for release in spring 2004.

A thoroughly enjoyable watch. She enjoyed herself
and so did the audience. I would have bought just for 3or 4 songs but found out I liked them all.
