minister m.c. richmond was born january 22, 1947 and born again january 22, 1980. " as a young boy i went to church with my brothers and sisters, listening to sermons that were powerful at times, and very empty at times, a sentiment that carries over to this day and thus the inspiration of this sermon." as a non-believer in 1970 i never wanted to be a christian or minister of god. i was saying to god in prayer, "if you are there show me." god gave me an understanding of his word. i was first licensed and ordained by god; then by the late bishop j.c. foster state of oregon jurisdition. date july 12, 1995
