Here’s a glance at the artists starring in Meadow Music.

Ramirez is a versatile music producer who's perhaps best known for his moody triphop beats, lately found also on a video game soundtrack. As a kid, he experienced his musical awakening with classical music playing the piano, which often shines through his material in creative arrangements and fresh twists. Ramirez appears in the Meadow Music project with some silky soft downtempo tunes that remind you of that refreshingly stimulating scent of the grass fields after a summer rain. Featuring tender vocals from rising starlets Saima Haapanen and Hanna Kormilainen, these sounds are guaranteed to tune you to a greener frequency!

Fx-labs, founded in 2000 and located in Stuttgart Germany, is a studio project consisting of Felix Lange (production), Felix van Gunsteren (keys) and Luise Gabel (vocals). Felix L. works frequently in the composition/sound design for the Film Akademie Luwigsburg. Felix v. G, who has grown up with his piano, has been part of different live-bands and today still plays keys in the band of Anthony Locks (Reggae) and occasionally works for the Benztown Studios, Stuttgart.
Fx-labs music isn’t easy to classify; since they love to experiment, their styles vary but there’s always that special Fx-labs flavour playing along. You’ll definitely know when you’ve entered the “Labs”.

Passive Defence a.k.a. Jochen Dworeck feels comfortable moving the genre spectrum from minimal to downtempo to soul. J.D. prefers to use acoustic samples that he records him self which allows him to create just the right atmosphere and mood for his tracks. Jochen likes to cooperate with different artists and on the Meadow Music compilation he’s teamed up with singer Alexa, who provides the feminine touch with her tender vocals that’ll smooth out any occasional hard edges of the inner city pressure.
