ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Mean Creek is a genuinely unique rock band from Boston Massachusetts. They combine the energy and edge of rock music with the earnestness and sincerity of folk music to create a passionate and intense sound. Their songs leave a lasting impression that is sure to rattle even the most jaded of music fans. Mean Creek's debut full length album "Around The Bend" was released by Clubhouse Records in February 2007. Performer Magazine calls the album "An extraordinary debut", Em Magazine calls it "A thoroughly profound full-length album", and independentclauses.com says it is "A gem of a debut album. I love this album; it is marked by a degree of versatility, skill, and sophistication that I did not expect. I would have bought this album if they hadn't sent it to me free. I might buy a copy anyway. If you like music, you should buy one too."
