Album Notes

Mechanism is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. With their unique breed of technical death metal Mechanism is sure to please fans of Meshuggah, Lamb of God and The Faceless alike. With awe inspiring performances from drum god, Gene Hoglan (Death, Dethklok, SYL), and vocal phenomenon Chris “The Heathen” Valagao (Zimmers Hole) their debut album “Inspired Horrific” features 10 tracks of pure sonic mayhem. Guitar riffs effortlessly manipulate odd time signatures while the symbiotic pulse of the bass and drums forge the frame for some of the most innovative sounds the genre has ever experienced. All the while, The Heathen narrates the horrifying story by weaving a torrid cesspool of vocal styles together. The title says it all.
