"Learning To Fly" is Medicine Dream's 3rd. masterpiece Once again, it's broken the mold of contemporary Native American Music. The concept of Learning To Fly is about learning to live a life rich in values, and finding the strength to overcome life's greatest challenges. Musically, this recording has more of an "edge" sound than their previous two. The energy of these songs is incredible!

I've been a fan of Medicine Dream since my first trip to Alaska back in 2001. I was also lucky enough to see them perform live. I was anticipating their third album, and it was well worth the wait. Great sound and lyrics. A nice album to get myself psyched up to run a race. Read more...
