Meditation.calm: Guided Meditations for People on the Go! was created especially for those who would love to take a respite from the storms in their busy lives but, for one reason or another, meditation has eluded them. Meditation.calm
I have struggled with the meditation process for years and Sacha's CD is my new best friend! I listened to all of them as soon as I got the CD and now I use Peace and Thank you to go to sleep and I wake up with The Heart Ball. I've meditated more in the past week than in months before! The language is simple, easy to listen to and the music is great! I recommend this for anyone, especially those of you who have struggled with quieting yourself to meditate.

Best CD ever!
This is the only meditation CD that has worked for me. I am definitely a person on the go who has a difficult time relaxing and meditating. Meditation.calm makes me feel less stressed instantly. Linda - I absolutely LOVE your meditation CD!!!!!! It's something that's soooo needed and you did it with such class & style while keeping it fun and easy! I've known there are quick ways to meditate and I have snatched quiet moments here and there. But after listening to the CD and hearing your simple statement after the very easy exercises: "There. Brava Linda!!
I was never able to still my mind long enough to meditate. I love this CD! As a cancer patient, I find it difficult to sleep, especially after a chemo treatment. The drugs and steroids keep me awake...sometimes for a few days. I've now found a healthy solution with "Meditation.calm". Track #5 helps me fall asleep, with gratitude! Track #4 is great for me to focus on getting healthy! Track #3 helps me to "switch gears" when I find myself in an emotional state. This CD is refreshing and uplifting! Brava Linda Sacha!
