This is an 18 minute track, recorded by international artist Steven Cravis, which is ideal for meditating, praying, yoga, massage, relaxation and general well being. The single track is available online as a download. Please be patient when downloading as it is a much bigger file than the average single song.

If you are new to meditation, for greatest results:
Meditation is most effective on an empty stomach, twice a day, 20 minutes in the morning before breakfast and 20 minutes in the late afternoon before dinner. (This is because meditating slows down the metabolism and therefore meditating after eating would make digestion a bit sluggish, and may not be as clear an experience for most people.) The discipline of doing it regularly, twice a day for the short amount of time establishes an inner ability to meditate more deeply, with each new meditation session, as you gain more experience meditating.

Turn lights down or off, sit in a comfortable chair, start Meditation Music. Close your eyes, allow your breathing to flow (don't hold your breath!) in and out, allowing your abdomen to expand on the in breaths. Let your jaw and your hands relax - let go of any tension they are holding. Your mind can tell parts of your body to let go of tension. Enjoy the experience of your attention simply being on your breath moving in and out of you with no extra effort. If other thoughts get in your way, just gently return your attention back to your breathing. You may get VERY relaxed and need to rest right after meditating, which is probably a good idea.
