Meelodi is: Ole Andre Farstad- stringed instruments, electronics, programming Medi Farmani- Vocals Melodi plays a unique mix of music maybe best labelled as ”Worldmusic” The Persian vocals of Medi accompanied by everything from classical guitar to more worldy sounding stringed instruments to beats. Meelodi perform original material exclusively. Some lyrics are by great Persian writers. Their music is influenced by Flamenco, African music, Indian Music and Electronic music among others.
