Megan Jo Wilson is a soul singer and songwriter from Portland, Maine. This CD is a recording of an April, 2007 performance at The Soundpost in Portland. She is joined by Mark Butterfield on guitar and Just Maxwell on upright bass.

Excellent lyrics

I love the last cut on this CD--Go Away. Megan's concise, full of nuance lyrics are clever, and intelligent. She says all the things I've ever wanted to say to the unwelcome come-ons in bars. Keep writing good stuff, Megan.
