Highly recommended
After seeing Meg Barnhouse in person at a retreat, I had to have this CD and in particular the "All Will Be Well" song which continues to play in my head. I also love "Chrysalis" and "Somebody Fall". These three in particular for me have an emotional depth to them. Beautiful and spiritually uplifting. The humorous songs are entertaining and enlightening. I also own "Heart of Compassion" by Meg B. - a collection of stories and thoughts - which I recommend for more of her wit and wisdom.

Full of Affection and Character
I love this CD. I would say that Barnhouse is a minister first and singer second, which means that the spirit, love and humanity that shine through her music transcends her refreshingly "ordinary gal" voice. These songs are all little gems: some are funny, some are sexy, some are extremely touching. I think "Chrysalis," "Somebody Fall," "All Will Be Well" deserve to be well-known, and "Your Place In My Heart" is one of the sweetest little lullabies you'll ever hear.
