Somewhere between the angels of heaven and the devil himself lies the mind and songs of Santa Barbara singer/songwriter Meghan Lehman. At a glance, Lehman perfectly fits the part of the sweet-voiced, sun-bleached California chick strumming her guitar and singing pretty songs. But a closer look reveals surprisingly witty, layered, smart songs that indicate a far fuller musical personality than most of her peers can muster.
