ABOUT THIS ALBUM


Album Notes
This CD is the outcome of an adventure that began in my home state of
California, meandered through the musical domain of Nashville, Tennessee,
took me to the Emerald city of Seattle and also to the northern paradise
of Vancouver, British Columbia. Along the way, I've been blessed to work
with some of the greatest songwriters and musicians in country, pop and
contemporary music and to sing in the legendary venues like the Bluebird
Cafe in Nashville, the Hollywood Bowl, and the landmark Troubadour Club
of Los Angeles. I have also had the good fortune to record songs with the
Seattle and Vancouver Symphonies for four Disney films--Air Bud:Golden
Receiver, Air Bud: World pup, The Duke, and M.V.P. The best part of the
journey, though, has been the birth of my beautiful twins (I can't believe
they're five now!). I hope you enjoy listening to these songs as much as I
have had discovering and recording them. They are a part of my heart;
they are my gift to you.

It has just the right balance: beautiful and edgy, strong and vulnerable at the same time, and crosses genres in a subtle, intelligent way. Song number 4 is a HIT, no question about it.
