Memo plays exclusively for this album the magical flutes made by master craftsman John Stillwell of the California Mojave Desert. Infused with \"Desert Medicine,\" the flutes and melodies honor the ancestors who made their homes in these unforgiving yet sacred spaces.


This is haunting and plaintive Native American flute music. Memo\'s flute takes you through the portal into a timeless space in which the unexpected seems somehow familiar. His compositions and improvisations get richer with each listen.
