Mental Decay have been a part of the NJ/NYC punk scene since the early days and are still thriving years later. Volume 1 of this collection catches the band in it's beginning years when the music scene in NJ/NY was much different than it is today! The music was raw, there was no such thing as political correctness, the bands simply played and sang whatever the hell they wanted. These are some classic recordings that document an incredible time in the making of US Hardcore Punk!
