Monsters
author: Sensible One
These guys are not only terrible musicians but they are also terrible human beings. Whether or not this is comedy what they are saying, the message they are sending is downright offensive, degrading, and demeaning to females. Going on to talk shows and telling people that "sleep rape" is peaceful rape and is okay to do is not only the act of someone with nerve but it is also of someone inconsiderate and selfish. These guys are criminals in my eyes, you wonder why El Duce was killed at 39 by a train? I think that was god wiping some scum off the earth.

One of the greatest bands of all time is back: The notorious Mentors!
And the best thing is: nothing has changed. Awsome songs, great music, great perverted lyrics and a great singer (El Rapo) which sounds like the late El Duce!
So, do yourself a favour and buy this CD! You won't regret it!

We've waited a long time for this.
author: Matthew
There are those of us old school Mentors fans who still remember playing the Trash Bag EP back in the day, and calling all our friends. Faithful fans who spent hours listening to Up The Dose, Sandwich Of Love, Sewage Worker and all the greats. We watched our favorite band get dragged before Congress as an example of what was corrupting the youth of the nation and we knew they were talking about US. And we were proud as we made our own hoods out of umbrellas and towels and whatever we could get our hands on so we could rock. Over the years the fair-weather fan faded away but the hard core Mentors fans were there year in and year out always ready to salute the men in the hoods with a rousing YEASH. We bought videos. We wore tshirts. We made stickers and plastered them on our lockers. Then came the tragic passing of El Duce, and soon thereafter the founding of the Church of El Duce by the Pope, Heathen Scum. There was a long bleak time then, when the band was here and there in some form or another but tragedy and difficulty seemed to follow it. Through those years Pope Scum kept it going, and us loyal fans still showed up in our smaller numbers with unreduced zeal, to rock with a hood every chance we got. Now with Over The Top those of us who stuck with the band for two decades or more are finally rewarded with more than we could possibly ask for. Not only is Sickie Wifebeater back on board with his magic. Not only is Sickie Jr. on board from the Breeders. Not only has Moosedick honed his style to a pinnacle. Not only has Pope Scum once again made with the bass that ties it all together. Not only do they have, honestly, and I say this as what I believe to be one of the ultimate Mentors fans, a man on the mic who can begin to fill the enormous shoes of El Duce. But to bring it all together they've got great new material, some instant classics you won't be able to stop singing, better production than ever, and what can I say - this is old school Mentors for sure, with everything you love. And it's got new awesome touches and style that you're gonna absolutely love. If this is the first time you ever heard of the Mentors, you're about to enter a whole new level. If you're old school like me, you're about to hear the Mentors again, and from his throne of sluts in hell you will just know El Duce is smiling up at them saying "Yeash, you men did it right."
