This a sweet heartfelt calming composition intertwining flute, guitar, and piano. There are two melodies plus a motif we call the "lulling pattern". The final verse brings all the parts together singing and dancing harmoniously. Loki is my great-niece.

Album Notes

Look and See is a heartfelt piece with a lulling pattern motif that is like a sweet heart murmer. The composition consists of two melodies which in the end come together.
The origin of the opening melody is a song I wrote in 1982, "There We All Are Jewels".
The origin of Look and See goes back to the musical Follow that Star which I wrote in 1979.
This new arrangement is dedicated to my great niece Loki.
I love the cover picture taken by my nephew Tim , her dad. It expresses , as the music intends to, the simple purity of the world as seen through the eyes of a child. Look and See.........................
