Album Notes

Singer/songwriter Mark Handley comes from the South of England (UK), where despite playing everywhere from Pubs and Clubs to some of the more prestigious Music Venues and Festivals he is still probably best know for his energetic High Street (Busking) performances. A quick listen to his music however should leave you in no doubt that there is far more to him than just being a busker.

His commitment to his Art is such that he has (including early cassette releases) self financed thirteen Albums of his own original material that he sells "wherever" he is performing, though his website, and that he continues to submit to the music industry in search of that wider audience and greater recognition that is long overdue.

Marks influences are many, he has embraced many styles of music in his songs, from Rock to Reggae, Folk to Country and out beyond. His personal favourites include such artists as Bob Marley, John Lennon, Hank Williams, Leonard Cohen, Bruce Springsteen, Joni Mitchell & Bob Dylan.
