You can't deny her talent

This CD is really well done. Especially for a debut. But let me say, I have seen this woman live and you can't ignore her when she's on stage singing and playing her music. As good as this Cd is, and it is, featuring seasoned musicians and quality producers, it doesn't come close to what she's got. She's a connected, grounded person, with a broad life perspective and she has been honing her craft for the world to benefit. Her newer songs are off the charts. My fave live was "Things that need to be said". I hope its on the next album. I tend to be a cynical audience and I found myself shut up, choked up and thinking "Damn that's wisdom." Off Lucid Drreaming High my favorites are "Tired", "Daisyhead", "John Lennon" and "A life Profound". But CATCH A LIVE SHOW. Thers's a lot of talent in this f'd up world, and this girl shines with the brightest and deserves our support. No one can say different. You can't deny her talent...

What talent, what beauty, what spirit....

I bought Mica's CD at a live show in Eugene, Oregon and have been loving it ever since. There is something about her music that feels like an old friend; It is honest, kind, gentle yet strong and compassionate. At a live show she really connected with her audience on a personal level and made us want to know her. She has an outstanding vocal delivery and presence live and she smokes on the acoustic guitar (my friends and I were having guitar playing envy). Anyway, check her out live, buy this CD and support this artist. She's a true gem of a human being and a heck of a talented lady to boot. I can't wait for her second album...
