These are original cowboy gospel songs. They were inspired by my travels through the southwest and living in Texas and loving God's beautiful creations. I know in my heart that Jesus is a cowboy. If you don't believe it wait until he rides back into town. If you like cowboy music with a Christian message then you will enjoy this cd. Here are a few comments on the songs on the cd. Born an Outlaw is a story about a young outlaw who attempts to rob a stage and gets saved instead. One More Roundup is a call to cowboy preachers to saddle up and get going because time is short. Wihout Your Love is a love song to the Lord thanking Him for His great love for me. Cowboy Come Home is a song calling all wayward cowboys back onto the trail of faith. Wild Stampede is a ballad about Jesus saving a group of school children from a runaway herd.
8 Seconds is a song for the bullriders. It's about an unsaved bullrider having 8 seconds to chose his eternal fate. Cowboy Who Can Ride is about the call that God put on my life to travel and preach the gospel in these songs. Ride, Cowboy Ride is the story of about the trail of life and how God rides with us. Middle of my heart is a heartfelt love song about the beautiful cowgirl whom God made special just for me. I hope you enjoy listening to these songs as much as I have loved writing and living them.
