Michael’s roots are based in 1970’s & 1980’s rock and roll but also has major influences from other types of music including Modern Rock, Blues, Alternative, Country, Jazz, Doo-Wop, Soul, Classical, Pop, New Age and Heavy Metal.

Michael’s experience has mostly been in Frontman/Lead Vocalist capacities for Rock & Roll bands. He has also been a studio vocalist and won contests with his singing abilities as well.

He is also an experienced keyboardist, Acoustic Guitarist, Rhythm Guitarist and Stand-Up Comedian! Michael tries to add humor to his shows and entertain people in a variety of ways. It's not just about the music or the money for Michael as he truly wants people to have a good time and remember his performance.

Michael is first and foremost a songwriter. It’s always been his main passion. He writes many different styles including Rock, Pop and Country. His songs are being received well in the industry and people are connecting with him.

The music on his cd "Deep" is supposed to sound somewhat along the lines of Nickelback, Boston, Weezer, Whitesnake, Death Cab For Cutie Jimmy Buffett, Green Day, Alice In Chains, Journey, System Of A Down, Outfield, Beatles, Sheriff, Billy Joel and 3 Doors Down all being thrown into a blender with his voice and songs as the focal point.

He is taking the big vocals, reverb, guitars, and keyboards from the Late 1970's and 1980's and mixing it with the rawness of the newer bands sound. He wanted an eclectic mix of material on the cd but still maintaining that all of the songs fit together to form one overall sound.

All of these songs come straight from the heart. His soul is exposed through his voice and you can cut the emotion with a knife when you listen to this cd. That's why it is called "Deep".
