Sometimes you do get to go home again. A century after his great grandparents immigrated to America, Jaime has returned to his ancestral homeland of Italy to record his latest album "once or twice upon a time". Producer Jono Manson secured the Cosabeat studio in the country town of Villafranca and assembled a stellar cast of Italian musicians including Paulo Bonfanti (guitar), Pippo Guanera (B3 organ), Marco Barotti (drums), Pietro Bertilorenzi (bass), as well as England's George Breakfast on mandolin. Special guests include the Winstons, guitarist Kevin Trainor (5 Chinese Brothers), drummer John Ware (Emmylou Harris' Hotband) and bassist Billy Jett. The album will be available in Europe from club de musique records and in the US from CDBaby.

Once again this two time Kerrville New Folk finalist has compiled a collection of his finely crafted songs ranging from the swinging blues of "my big mouth likes stupid" to the gentle ballad "once or twice upon a time" and the wistful country waltz "a stone in my shoe".

As well as continuing his solo touring schedule of house concerts, coffeehouses, clubs and festivals both in the US and Europe, Jaime is conducting a virtual marketing campaign for this new album asking the help of friends and fans in getting the word out.
