Album Notes

Michael Stevens is a singer-songwriter from Lancaster, Pennsylvania who began playing at the guitar at the age of 18. During his early years Stevens played in a few small bands and played at open mics in the Reading, Pennsylvania area. He went back to college in in late twenties to pursue a career in education. During this time he did not play in any bands or pick up his guitar again for several years. After receiving his masters degree in education he pick up his guitar a gain and began playing at local pubs and coffee houses. His first fews albums lacked the engineering qualities to achieve any recognition. His lasted CD Stars has a much better sound than his previous albums. Allways present in Stevens albums is his talent for songwriting and strong lyrics.
