Shining is a collection of Heart Songs; songs that are born of the heart, and invite us back into connection with our heart when we have strayed. Songs of healing, awakening and affirmation that are perfect for listening or singing along, with gorgeous instrumentation to support their messages of wisdom.
The songs journey through a range of styles, from percussive grooves, through to meditative and gentle, deep into the heart, and to uplifting and celebratory.
The album encompasses the blessings of the seasons; surrender and letting go in autumn, deep rest and receptivity of winter, birthing anew of spring, and celebrating the fullness of our shining hearts in summer.
