Album Notes

Americana, Folk/Rock. Michelle's songs give a voice to the feelings of a generation of women who grew up listening to artists like Joni Mitchell, Carole King and Carly SImon...the female singer/songwriters of the 70's who helped women define their lives in a way that no generation had done before.
Born in Detroit, Michelle started playing guitar and writing songs when she was 12 years old. She moved to San Francisco in 1977. Gifted with a soulful voice, a talent for expressing her feelings through her heartfelt songwriting and a talented band, Michelle delivers songs that stand the test of time. Beautiful and melodic best describe her sound...often drawing comparisons to some of the legendary women vocalists of our time.
