An eclectic collection of Christian songs ranging from traditional hymns to CCM worship choruses. This compilation features the multi-talented music groups from Middleton Congregational Church, including the MCC Choir, Handbell Choir, Kids of the Kingdom children's choir, the praise band "Onward" and even the congregation! All under the direction of Rev. Peter Vantine, Pastor of Music and Worship at MCC. There is something on this CD for everyone! A truly unique musical experience that focuses our worship of God and fixes our eyes, ears and hearts on Jesus.

Middleton Congregational Church is a vibrant, growing community of Jesus Christ. We began as a community of faith in 1728, and have been worshipping in our current sanctuary since 1859! We strive in all things to glorify the name of our Lord Jesus Christ as summed up in our mission statement. Worship, adult classes, Sunday School, prayer, fellowship, community enrichment, volunteering opportunities, a thriving musical program, and inspiring sermons all contribute toward our mission. Every week, people in our church minister to one another in a variety of ways as we learn, pray, grow and serve together. After celebrating our 275th anniversary, we began the Nehemiah Project.

Each Sunday our time of worship begins with a "Contemporary" service at 9:30 AM followed by a "Traditional" service at 11:00 AM. Children attend the first 10-15 minutes of the 9:30 AM service and then attend their Sunday School classes. There is no Sunday School during the 11:00 AM service. Infants and toddlers to age three may be entrusted to a group of dedicated volunteers who staff our Nursery during both services. Small groups of adults meet throughout the week for Bible Study and support.

Sermons by the Senior Pastor teach and inspire us, helping us to apply God’s Word and commandments to our daily lives. On occasion, lay people offer their own testimonies of what a difference faith in God has made in their own lives.

Music is always great in our church! Songs by our Worship Team Onward and MCC Choir help us to reflect on our faith and draw near to God in worship. From time to time, we enjoy special music by our vocal soloists, instrumentalists, Handbell Choir, Kids of the Kingdom children’s choir and guest musicians and worship leaders.

The Lord's Supper (Communion) is shared on the first Sunday of each month. A Time of Prayer for Healing is offered on the third Sunday of each month.

Baptisms and Blessings are offered during the other Sundays of the month as may be appropriate. Interested parties should speak with the Senior Pastor to schedule an appointment.

Our "Good News" Newsletter and Good e-News Emails keep everyone informed of church happenings. The Newsletter is published every month and is mailed to all members and friends. The e-News Emails are sent out once a week. If you'd like to be on our mailing list, send your address to church@middleton.org.

Variety enlivens our services as well as our fellowship. For the children, there are special plays and activities throughout the year. For the youth, there are active Junior/Senior High gatherings.

Fellowship is also an integral part of the MCC church family. Many of the ministries within the church sponsor a variety of social activities which include parties, picnics, fairs, dinners, and newcomer receptions. A common time of coffee hour fellowship is held after each service on Sunday morning.
