Take an MC, a soul singer, and a female vocalist and add a melting pot of musicians and the result is a group with the ability to cross genres and transition from one style to another seamlessly. With a strong rhythem section that allows the guitar to shine and provide a solid foundation for the lyrics, Midnite Theory creates stories with their music that are real and easy to relate to.

In Late 2006 the groups MC "Nash the Kid", came together with producer and friend "Jeremy (Hi-Tops) Hanlon" to create a live band to show off their unique brand of music. After getting Nash's brother "Danny (Drop-D) Shaw" on board to play guitar and finding local drum legend "Kristifari" and bassist "Matt Lieberman" at 4 Bros Studios in Westlake Village, CA the band began writing and creating their new sound. Singer "Leilani" was soon added and the band began playing shows all over California including headlining spots at The Whisky A Go Go and The Troubadour. The sound Midnite Theory creates has allowed them to share the stage with an array of artists including, Shwayze, The Living Legends, Unwritten Law, Twista, Hyper Crush and LMFAO.

After spending a year in the studio Midnite Theory has just released the much anticipated "4Bros EP" and is getting ready to release the follow up EP "Never Sleep Till Sunrise"(Produced by J.T. Meskiel) in March '09. For more info visit www.midnitetheory.com
