Album Notes

After being in numerous bands and playing different styles of music,
I realized that in order to make money, a band is (in most cases) required
to play a majority of cover/popular music. Finding a group of talented
musicians willing to spend numerous hours rehearsing original material
while making no money was hard if not impossible to do. Over the past
40 years, I've played in club, wedding and show bands in order to
invest in instruments and studio gear. I also trained myself to play other
instruments mostly for the convenience of being able to lay down a track
whenever I wanted, but also because I couldn't afford to pay other musicians.
In addition, I found that band members weren't always willing or able to
spend much time on my material. Although a few of my songs feature a guest
musician, the majority of them are self performed and produced.
