Bible Skylab Station is the culmination of one and a half years of musical exploration, dedication and love. It is my first full-length solo release - an ethereal synthesis of eclectic improvisation, ambient soundscapes and ethno-electronica. All the profits from the sale of my album will go directly to my friend Christophers college expenses in Ghana West Africa.
I met Christopher Klove while studying music in Ghana West Africa in 1997. We became close friends and I have visited him several times since. In late 2005 through a series of financial misfortunes Christopher was left with out the support needed to continue his education. With the right tools, he could do incredible things for himself and his community. That is why I have decided to support the completion of his college education with the proceeds from my album. The goal is to get Christopher through a four-year degree program and onto a better life. thanks for your support

This album is packed with ideas and downright radiant
author: Jami
It shouldn't really work, but it does. Cramming so many ideas into each song is always a dangerous idea, more complicated doesn't necessarily equal better. But Hoffman dodges that particular bullet with splendor. Contemporary rhythms appear throughout, the overwhelming aura of the album is blazing with steady flow, detail and invention. It inhabits different arrangement of moods that Hoffman mates to the rhythms he cherishes. This album is packed with ideas and downright radiant. The formula, folding subtle compositional moves into songs catchy and rousing enough to make this your new favorite cd. Rather than drawing attention to itself, the true complexity only comes out after a few listens, by which point the songs have burrowed somewhere into the back of your head and refuse to let go.
