Album Notes

Mild Winter's second full length, Postcards and Letters, is a 10 song CD that covers loving, leaving, drinking and the comfort of hometown friends.
Melanie and Ben formed Mild Winter in the fall of 2006, Nik joined the group in the spring on 2007 since then they have kept as busy as possible. Their first full length, a wanderer's home, was released in February of 2008. As soon as the ink dried on the first run of CDs they began working on writing for the next album. Over the summer Mild Winter tested the songs live as much as possible and began recording for Postcards and Letters.
Postcards and Letters comes in a hand screen printed cover, and includes 11 full color postcard inserts with information about the songs and the band. The postcards were compiled by Mild Winter using photographs supplied by friends and family.
