Peculiar experiment, where the different ideas, sounding and style of performance are crossed. First of all the accent was made on melody.

This debut CD release presents itself the peculiar experiment in musical research. From the beginning of the session the main task was aimed at the melody, not at the attachment to certain genre. Also, the author had to escape his predilection for guitars and substituted them for other instruments in certain cases. Perhaps, it brought any diversity in music. Maybe this album seems strange sometimes, but its versatility is rather close to his author. The compositions were born under the impression of beautiful journeys, then recorded into the laptop and only after home-coming the real studio work was started. That’s why such music is rather easy to listen on the journey.
This project was created mainly by one man, but with the help of his friends.
Their opinion and advices were very useful during the recording. Also it’s necessary to say the creator of this release was under the influence of several famous present-day artists. Their conception was put in the basis of the album.

Beautiful instrumental CD featuring contemporary music
author: Shaun H. and the RadioIndy.com Reviewer Team
Easy listening instrumentals are abounding on Milestone’s newest record, “Medley.” Although the album does have faint hints of 1980’s tones (i.e. Philip Glass), the record is quite contemporary and a good listen as well. The opening track, “Towards the Unknown,” sets the overall mood and gives a taste of what’s to come. A wall of synthesizers and pianos make up most of these rainy day numbers and are sometimes highlighted by some nice guitar fills. A great example of this would be on “In the Memory of Heroes” and “Half-way Behind.” Milestone has done a terrific job in choosing the instrumentation wisely as this paints the tone color pallet that “Medley” offers up. This album is a great buy for anyone wanting some relaxing tunes to de-stress to or is just looking for some top notch instrumental music.
