Album Notes

Cynthia\'s voice is categorized as soprano but it has great depth as well. Her voice is as crystal and she has the ability to move herself out of the way as she effortlessly captures listeners. Even though Cynthia\'s music is Christ based, because of her style she is often sought out to perform at many diverse and unexpected venues. In 2004 Cynthia opened for every show of the popular Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo that featured many other well known talents and was held in Reliant Stadium.

Cynthia has been singing since she was a young child. Growing up Cynthia sang in a group (LC&C) with her cousin and sister around Houston and surrounding cities. Cynthia also sang in the church choir (Greater New Canaan C.O.G.I.C - Los Angeles CA, Norton\'s Temple & Gethsemane both C.O.G.I.C - Houston, Friendship Baptist Church - Fullerton CA, Word of Life Church - Houston) and on the church praise team (ALC -North Houston and Church Alive - Beaumont, Tx.). She always received compliments on her voice and her ability to touch a heart in the process of using her gift. Cynthia\'s talent is natural but a few voice classes through college, she said, helped her get through as many semesters as she did.

Cynthia has sang the National Anthem around Houston since 1992. Her vocal power and her connection to her music is so evident to the public. Cynthia\'s simple but wholistic rendition of the National Anthem has brought audiences outside the circle of church and Christian music to love her, her voice, her performance, and her style.

Her CD, produced by Kenneth Taylor and JJ Dye for Good Shepherd Productions, is a pre-release to a full project she continues to work on. The clarity and quality exceed the definition of \"demo,\" which is why the project was given a title.

Cynthia enjoys what she does and even though at times it is a getaway, her desire is to always touch souls.

She is currently working on a new project.
