With Night Watch and other bands, they perform regularily for contra and English Country dances throughout the U.S. and the UK. Naomi Morse, a native of Vermont, grew up contradancing in New England, and is known for her energetic and driving fiddle playing. The band works together to provide dancers with a diverse, energizing sound.
Grapevine is the product of a collaboration between Naomi, Elvie and four guest musicians. Naomi and Elvie's families have known each other and shared music and dancing since before they were born. They were inspired to make this recording by requests and pleas from excited dancers.
