Album Notes

I'm now nearing 55 years old. I was in bands throughout my youth, but finally concluded I needed the reins (and the instruments) if I was ever going to reproduce what was in my head.

These recordings are all me playing everything, with only a few exceptions. Some of the drums are canned, some are midi tracks that I wrote, and the rest I played live. There is also a guest vocalist on Silence In The End.

This is a collection of songs created from tragedy, triumph, betrayal, and life in general. Everything was recorded between 1998 and 2007. My journey has been very inspirational, and educational. Thanks to all the people who brought these feelings to the surface, whether you helped or inhibited. Even the biggest jerk I ever knew has his value. :)

That's just how it goes. Live it, or live with it.

Enjoy!

I always knew..

Is 5 all I can give this CD? I am proud to say that I grew up with Steve and had the privilage to see his talent start at the very roots of where this CD came from. I can still remember him attempting to teach me the chords to 'Baby I'm Amazed' and telling me, in his own way, that I had no talent! Not to mention the smell of his momma's home bake pies who was also the mentor of which he learned to play. If there is an agent out there looking for songs for their clients, this is your man. Great work Steve and looking forward to seeing what else you got hidden that you haven't shared with us yet! Oh yeah, has everyone seen this guys talent in his pencil art work yet? Is as good as his song writing if not better. Your one of a kind my friend...
