Album Notes

Milton's songs paint vivid moving pictures of American life using elements of country, blues, folk, rock and jazz music. And while the melodies of his compositions are adeptly constructed, the individual character of his singing voice and the distictive idiom of his lyrics take Milton's music into truly original territory. When he sings his songs on stage, Milt the composer becomes Milt the performer. The warmth and spontaneity of his live act further confirm his stature on the contemporary scene.

Well woth the effort of tracking this disk down. I heard In the City on the radio and fell in love with the song. Was'nt sure if it was gonna be a one hit thing or not but rest assured it's not.The whole disk is wonderfull, full of alot of different tastes and all of them good. From slow tempo to foot tapping to full dance party with my two year old daugher. If your tired of the same old radio thing , give it a try you won't be dissapointed.
