Album Notes

This is Mimosa's first CD and combines the musical visions of Lindsey Davis, formerly of the Colorifics, and Anna Lumiere. It is a symbiosis of their love of all things French, jazz improvisation and Brazilian rythms. Mostly the two women just loved to play music together and had a lot of fun doing it. This Cd borders on easy listening, with its catchy tunes, but has some dark cabaret influences, as well as exciting jazz improvisations. It simply combines the best of all worlds: sensual, intellectual, rythmic. Enjoy !
