Visions is a packed CD full of solo piano music including original jazz compositions, great standards and brilliantly crafted improvisations. Visions is definitely not a normal jazz recording but a delightful display of virtuosic piano technique and musical style unique and personal to Timothy Minthorn. If you like Keith Jarrett , Thelonius Monk and Ravel you are going to love this disc.
