Album Notes

Misdirection has just finished their debut album ‘just go’ and is available now. They started off as a punk band, playing fast, melodic tunes and have now transformed into an all acoustic sound, much slower, but still very melodic. The CD has a mix of drums and a variety of percussive instruments along with catchy guitar and vocal melodies. Most of the material they write is about life in general, and you will probably be singing it in your head throughout the day. They have a music video for one of their featured songs, “Just Go”, which has won a spot on the Independent Film Channel, which aired on Media Lab and Uploaded for the month of August. Just go also won ‘Best Music Video’ at the 2006 San Diego Film Festival, and The Grand Festival Award for Music Videos at the Berkeley Film Festival. It has most recently won the Dakota film festival as well and continues to take in awards.
Misdirection has released their new album ‘Just Go’ as an enhanced CD. You can play the CD-Rom feature in your PC computer and view the special features. They have included their music video, an interactive picture page, and a song lyric music page.
