Emanuel Green aka M.I.S.T.A. GREEN is from Deming, New Mexico. Despite having to experience a rough child-hood, M.I.S.T. A. GREEN worked hard and legitimately to overcome many obstacles in his young life. “I grew up a country boy but was introduced to rap at a rather young age. The first rap song I ever heard was by Crucial Conflict \'Smokin on Hay\'. I fell in love with rap music and since then I have been pursuing it. Starting out I wasn’t so good; it took time… As I progressed as a song-writer I started using a lot more profanity and my songs started becoming more parental advisory times 2. At that age I shouldn’t of been writing those types of songs, but I was mimicking what I heard at that time. I wasn’t allowed to listen to music with curse words but I snuck a few in with my Will Smith tapes….” Finding his own style and comfort level took M.I.S.T. A. GREEN a while. Throughout High School he tried to find himself and his place in the music arena. Nevertheless, he developed a large fan base in his local community, elevating his status to that of a home-town celebrity. Although M.I.S.T. A. GREEN is not your typical \"street-based\" Hip-Hop Artist with a metropolitan area background, he does have the edge and \'Fire\' necessary to succeed in the Hip-Hop and Rap arena(s). His talent has landed him distribution and record deals with labels outside of the New Mexico area. He has learned tremendously from these endeavors. Today, M.I.S.T.A. GREEN has a new found confidence which shows in his music and his presentation. M.I.S.T.A. GREEN is set to take his place and make his mark in the entertainment industry. “Tha Man is coming regardless. Forget what you thought and Focus on what u are hearing right now……” states M.I.S.T. A.
