Robin Mandell

a wonderful home practice
This CD will offer a familiar, warming, and opening practice for students of many hatha yoga traditions, and, with some practice, a beneficial experience for those who have not practiced yoga before. Bleier's voice is both soothing and motivating, and his descriptions are clear and concise. The long periods of time hholding Downward Facing Dog may pose a challenge to those with lower levels of upper body strength and a few more suggestions from Bleier for pose modification or resting positions would make this practice more complete and accessible to casual practitioners of yoga. Overall, this is a wonderful CD, and is a great complement to my weekly vinyasa classes. I was envigorated after the practice and felt a strong sense of accomplishement.
