A personal note:

“Human beings are complex, and no one likes to be put into a ‘box’. Because I am interested in so many subjects, I bring many dimensions to my music and lyrics. I use the full depth and breadth of my personal and artistic experience for everything I create. I’m confident that at least one of my songs will touch you in a deep and personal way. Thanks for your interest."

Marty Jabara's latest release is a feast for the senses. From the sweet opening chord progression on the title track, the Source, to the clever lyrics and endearing vocals on the final track (and perfect dessert), Homage, I was hooked. Marty displays an eclectic range of musical styles in his writing and his decision to use a different vocalist, each with his/her own unique personality for each song just makes this CD even more interesting and enjoyable. There are many notable instrumental solos by various artists, including Marty himself on keyboards, and his lyrics are excellent, never more so than on the final love song, Homage, with it's delicious twist, which is bound to leave you salivating. I highly recommend this CD!!!!!
