Fabulous
I'm loving this album! The selection of songs is great, with a wide variety of grooves and tempos. The players and the playing are really top-notch while still being full of the raw energy and looseness that is hard to find outside of New Orleans. And I love Meschiya's singing! This recording is a great example of the really wonderful old-school music that is being made these days, music which makes 2010 a really exciting time to be a musician or a listener.
