Mike Lewis is a singer-songwriter hailing from San Diego, CA. Mike is a veteran of the San Diego music scene (25+ years) and has embarked on a solo acoustic endeavor.

Mike has played various venues throughout San Diego County. Mike is currently one of the top-played artists within the Singer-Songwriter genre on ezFolk.com (http://ezfolk.com), and twice has been named ezFolk.com's Featured Artist of the Week - August 2005, and July 2006. In the December 28, 2006 edition of the San Diego Union-Tribune (San Diego's main daily newspaper), Mike was featured in the "Almost Famous" feature within the Night & Day section of the daily paper. In July, 2009, Mike's song "mikelewismusic" was the most downloaded song on http://sandiegoreader.com.

Mike believes music should be shared at the grass-roots level, which is why he likes the web - the opportunities for the independent artist have never been better.

"mikelewismusic" is the debut CD of Mike Lewis, and contains 9 original songs all penned by Mike. Armed with his trusty acoustic guitar, Mike provides a slice of the human experience from his own viewpoint.
