I feel so blessed that through my job as the Children's Program Coordinator/Storyteller at the NCR Memorial Library, I have been able to share stories, and music with the kids of Brenham Texas for more that 18 years! In this , my first children's CD, I have included some favorite songs and rhymes from library story hour and the Brenham schools. I have included songs with banjo and a few with fiddle and resonator guitar. I have also included an original Texas Twist on the classic story, "Billy Goats Gruff" ...I hope you enjoy listening to them! A special "Thank You" goes out to the friends and family who have added their talents and expertise to this project. And a "Big Thank You" to the kids who helped me sing on the "Library Song" and on "Then Green Grass Grew All Around!"
