Album Notes

Mobius Donut was formed in Oakland, California in 2001 by musicians who had done their share of playing in bands that never quite suited them. They were actively seeking that ever-elusive combination of like-minded players to create a union that embodied a free flow of ideas, mutual respect, and a high level of musicianship. They were fortunate enough to find all these elements and more in each other.

Mobius Donut plays "Rock-Oriented Rock", meaning music that is heavy, melodic, groove-oriented, occasionally tricky and above all, fun! It is rock that satisfies all levels of listeners.

With a new debut CD currently out, Mobius Donut is seeking to promote their music in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
