Album Notes

This album includes a song, sang by many well-known Persian singers, but this singer made this traditional song so popular that every teenager whom had heard once can not still get it out of his/her head, though the traditional music was not as popular among the teenagers during those days. In Persian traditional writing the music is different women and men. And this time it is not because of sexist reasons, but only because female singer in Persian music are normally able to express all the detail of the music and sing the most of the high notes and there even is a term for that special style of writing. It's called "Chap cook" which translates to "toned from left." Mokhtabad is one of those male singers who could bring out all the detail of the music with his high voice. And this album is his best album and his recognition as well. My father originally held the rights to this album and I finally after 2 years convinced him to give the license to distribute it here in United States. ENJOY WHAT WAS MADE FOR THOSE WHO KNOW PASSION
